About Us
ECS Patches is a proud spin-off of our original screen printing and embroidery business, founded by Scott Dawson in 2004 and located in Florida. With roots in custom apparel and branding, we expanded into laser engraving over a decade ago and found our niche in laser-engraved patches for hats.
What started with one machine has since evolved into a full-scale operation, with a fleet of advanced equipment capable of producing thousands of heat press patches per order. We proudly serve wholesale clients across the United States, delivering high-quality, custom patches that combine precision and durability.
