A: Yes we can provide a real finished sample and email pictures for a $25.00 fee.

5. Q: When will I see a Digital mockup?

A: We typically provide a digital mock-up within 48 hours from your order confirmation this applies to a Non-rush job.

6. Q: Can you create a logo for me?

A: No we don't offer logo design. In order to qualify to place orders on this site and get wholesale pricing you have to provide vector artwork.

7. Q: What format do I need to send my file in?

A: We require a vector-based format & jpeg (please include a jpeg is for a visual reference) This includes AI, EPS, CDR. Our preference is PDF. * PLEASE CONVERT FONTS TO CURVES IF SENDING ANYTHING EXCEPT A PDF FILE**

8. Q: How do I apply the patches?

A: Our patches arrive heat press-ready, no gluing or sewing required.

9. Q: What do I need to apply the patches?

A: A hat press set at 320 degrees, press for 14 seconds at medium pressure.

10. Q: How does payment work?

A: Patches must be paid in full before going into production; once art and proof are approved

11. Q: Can I get some sample patches?

A: Yes we have a sample pack of 7 assorted shapes sizes and colors for $9.99 plus shipping, that you can apply to your hats to help show your clients what you can do for them.

12. Q: Can I attach patches to other items other than hats?

A: Yes, We have clients that apply them to backpacks, handbags, soft sided coolers, etc... We do not recommend applying them to items that are going to be machine washed. Also, keep in mind the item needs to be able to be heated up to 325 degrees to accept the patch adhesive. we do not accept responsibility for you damaging items during the application process.

13. Q: What shipping method do you use?

A: We exclusively use UPS for quicker arrival.

14. Q: Are the patches real leather?

A: No we use leatherette, as we find it delivers more consistent results. We can hold finer details, offer a better color palette, and it doesn't smell like a burnt animal stuck to your client's hat. Real leather smells like burnt flesh when lasered!
